Which animals does Michael handle?
- Raccoons: they tear open soffits and vents and den in attics and chimneys, often with young in spring.
- Squirrels: running overhead during the day, chewed fascia boards and chewed wiring.
- Rats and mice: noise at night, droppings in the attic, and roof rats coming in from trees and fence lines.
- Snakes: in garages, pool equipment and flower beds. Every snake is identified before anything is done.
- Opossums: under decks and in garages. Slow and mostly harmless, but they settle in.
- Skunks: under slabs, sheds and porches, and caught without setting off the spray.
- Bats: moved out with one-way exits at the right time of year, never trapped, with the guano cleaned up after.

Why does Michael seal the house instead of just setting a trap?
Trapping one animal does not close the hole it used. Attics around here are warm, dry and quiet, and the next animal follows the scent of the one before it. As long as the opening is there, something will find it. So every wildlife job ends the same way: once the animals are out, Michael closes every entry point with mesh, flashing, vent covers and chimney caps they cannot chew or pull apart, then fixes the damage. What is the difference between animal removal and exclusion?
Removal gets the animal that is inside out of the house. Exclusion keeps the next one from getting in. Michael does both on the same job: he removes what is living in the attic or under the house, then seals every opening he found and repairs the damage, so the house is closed to the next animal looking for shelter.
How can I tell which animal is in my attic?
The time of day tells you the most. Running and scratching in daylight usually points to squirrels. Quick scurrying at night points to rats or mice. Heavy thumping and walking at night often means a raccoon. Bats are mostly quiet, and you see them leave at dusk. Droppings and the shape of the entry hole tell Michael the rest when he inspects.
Does every job start with an inspection of the house?
Yes. Michael walks the roofline, the soffits, the vents, the chimney and the foundation, and goes into the attic, before he sets a trap or seals anything. The inspection tells him which animal it is, how many entry points there are, and whether young are involved, which decides the order the work is done in.
